Q: SInce installing Mountain Lion on my MacBook Pro, I have not been able to see/save documents held for printing

After clicking print, and looking at the printer icon for my HP printer, there ia no provision for me to hold jobs. The only options are to pause or not. This presents a greatly diminished set of options. HP says this is not their problem, but a function of the upgrade. Yet HP will sell me an alternate printer. What is going on?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), version 10.8.5

2. What has this to do with Apple Remote Desktop?
