How do I make the font on my mac larger?

Im having a difficut time reading the text and this becomes an even bigger problem when I try to use my apple tv from my mac through the mirror imaging.

Sounds more like a Mac question then an Apple TV question.

What type of Mac are you using?

What resolution is the Mac set at ?

2560x1440

1920x1080

etc.

You might try changing resolution on your Mac and also try the settings in the Airplay drop down window.

Try "Match Desktop Size To:

iMac or Apple TV

See which of those above helps you in anyway.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Text is always going to be a problem on a TV which general speaking is lower resolution and higher dimensions than a computer monitor.

You can change the text size through the accessibility preferences on your Mac, how well those changes translate when mirrored to a TV you will have to see for yourself.
