How do I delete email addresses associated with my Apple ID

I have a couple of email addresses associated with my Apple ID. One of these shows up in my account, the other doesn't, be we must have used it when setting up the ID, but got confused!!!

How do I delete these email addresses from my ID so that they can be used for creating new ID's, these email addresses are both primary addresses, so cannot be changed.
