Q: can t create wifi hotspot

Before update to mavericks, sometimes can't create wifi hotspot on my macbook pro 2010 MID . It solved by turn on and turn off wifi few times.

After update to mavericks , the only way to solve it was reboot.

Anyone had a similar problem? THANKS
