You cannot. iTunes is only available for Mac, and the full version of Windows.

well i have a friend and she has a tablet and have itunes on it
RT is a watered-down verison of 8 that behaves like iPads ... you can only load software from the Microsoft store that is designed for RT.
If she has the version of the Suface that has the FULL Windows 8, that would be possible.
ALRIGHT WELL WOULD IT WORK ON OTHER COMPUTERS THAT ARE NOT TABLETS
It works in Windows 7 and 8 full version. Find a system that runs those and it should load.
