Loading icon on two folders on my iPad Air Home Screen. Lasts for a couple weeks at a time. It's the same icon you see when an app is updating or downloading. However opening the folder shows no apps within the folder are updating/loading?

Folders can have multiple pages. If you see dots at the bottom of the open folder window, you can scroll within the folder just like on springboard pages. It's probably hidded on the next page.
Nope, it wasn't any of the apps on any of the pages within the folder. I have 5 pages of apps within this particular folder but i have looked at them all, none are grayed out or show loading or waiting status...?
You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.
