I recently found that someone is using my email as his Apple ID, so I immidiatly reset the password.
But he is still using it, How can I delete this apple ID account ? As I hace all the acceess.
can't connet to apple support as I don't own any apple product.
Please guide.

How do you know that someone is using your Apple ID? If it's true then immediately change the password on your email account first. Then change the password on your Apple ID.
For that matter, change the password on your bank, social media sites - everything. If he had access to your email he had access to probably everything.
If you are able to post a question here, this means you've an Apple ID and password to do so. How come you said 'can't connet to apple support as I don't own any apple product' ?
Please clarify.
