Remove Rapport by following the instructions on this page.
Back up all data before making any changes.

Have deletedm Rapport but will wait to see if it works.

I've tried removing rapport. It didn't work for me.
Then start your own thread, explaining what the problem seems to be. Maybe you have a proxy server issue.
