Get/Buy the song then use computer iTunes and make a ringtone for your iPhone.

Buy it on computer.

go on itunes and search the grinch or whatever the song you want to have as your ringtone then scroll down past music and you will se ringtones buy it then you can replace it by going to ringtone scroll all the way down and it will be the song that you purchased
