I wish to make a backup of my aperture photos, with each photo in its album. As I have many albums, is there a way I could export all the albums simultaneously?

What is it that you are exporting -- Versions, or the Album as a New Library? If the latter, you can select multiple albums and export them all as one New Library.

I wish to export versions, into a folder on my computer.
Why would you want to do that?
Please explain what you are hoping to gain with this export. Maybe if we understood the pirpose for this we might be able to come up with a solution for you.

I want to have copies of my photos stored as a backup, in a straight file format.
I use vault within Aperture to create another copy of the library for backup coverage.

I don't want to use vault, rather I want jpeg files, saved at a smaller size. Anyway of exporting multiple albums, with one command, in this manner?
I know of no way to do Versions in this manner while retaining folder structure.
