What I have to do if password and the email that receives mails from "Apple" was stolen?

Hello, I heve a problem with my AppleID. It was hacked by someone. And now even iForgot can`t help me... However i have great amount of apps that was obtained using this ID. And now I can`t evan update them, that is really warrying trend... I know that Aplle always supports it`s custumers and hope that anyone help me to cop up with this problem. I owner of all emails that was attached to my ID and can give any information you need.
