How long does apple take to approval ibook once it is submitted

I was wondering how long it takes for Apple to approve new ibook

I submitted my book to apple 10 days ago

Hoping that is would be ready soon

Depends how busy they are reviewing to get books cleared before the Christmas shutdown. Check in your iTunes Connect>Manage your Books on a daily basis.
