Q: How/where do I buy an iTunes gift card with online delivery?

Most gift cards can be purchased online and delivered the same way. How/where do I do that? The iTunes Store only allows you to purchase a card to be mailed via snail mail.

The iTunes Store actually doesn't even offer physical cards. That would be the Apple Store.
