How can I find my photos in iCloud if I have inadvertently deleted them?

Is there any way I can retrieve photos taken on my iPhone 4 that I had inadvertently deleted from the "cloud" on my Windows laptop. I thought there might be some way to do that------go back to a previous date perhaps?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

actually I would try that.

Disconnect from Internet you Windows

Restore your windows to previous date.

Before you connect back to internet copy icloud pictures to different folder.

Who knows may be you get lucky.
