Copy drum track from MP3

I am recording a set of cover versions.

Can I get Logic X to attempt to recreate the drum track from an MP3 in iTunes. I am aware that it will not be 100% correct but I am sure that I read of a capability where Logic X could do this. Basically I would like to drag the track into Logic, have the drummer work out as much of the bass and snare as it can then do the rest myself.

Logic Studio, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

There is 'Audio to midi' in the sample editor... but it doesn't really work on drums. There are however plenty of midi files out there, which would save you a heap of time. Quality does vary, but prices are generally reasonable - they at least give you a handle on the song in question (& allow you to tweak / re-arrange).
