I let my son with the ipad where I had download a free game, and then he said me they have asked for a password and he wrote something...so there was no chace for him to know the password. Now i saw at my email box an account of more then 100,00.

I can not afford it, and I don't want to. He asked me for the password, and I didn't gave it to him , so I get relexed...

What can I do to cancel it?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4, order that i didn't have donne.

Purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and you should also have a Require Password setting on the Restrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).

but i saw it asking for a password, and mine have numbers letters caps and small ones, i know he doesn't know it, and he told me he wrote something random, and it worked. It was with angry birds, I had bough other games and it didn't occured...never

I can't see other than malicious intent...
