I have a teacher who has ARD on his 10.6.8 imac. Each time he opens ARD he needs to retype in the administrator login/pass to view/control the student machines. If he quits ARD forgets all those login credentials and he has to redo the whole thing for every student. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix or an option i'm missing?
Apple Remote Desktop-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Uninstall ARD, reboot to quit the ARD agent, and then reinstall.
It is usually when you have an old version install and install a newer one without deleting traces of the old one first,
