servermgr_swupdate's error

Hi folks

Each time i manage my macmini server with Server.app from another machine, the sytem.log start filling with this messages

swupdateAccessLog = "/var/log/swupd/swupd_access_log";

swupdateErrorLog = "/var/log/swupd/swupd_error_log";

swupdateServiceLog = "/var/log/swupd/swupd_syncd_log";

i noticed that 3 log files doesn't exist, so i created them and give 775 access in case they needed, but the message is there over and over again.

Any ideas??
