Nokia Lumia 520 and iPhone 5s sim card swap?
I have a Nokia Lumia 520 with a GoPhone plan. If I was to buy an iPhone 5s, would I be able to put the sim card into the iPhone and still have my plan work?

No. The lumia uses a Micro Sim while the iPhone uses a Nano sim. You would have to either cut the sim down to the proper size, or get a your plan transferred over to a Nano sim card by AT&T.
