ATT can only give me daily usage (they post in AM). Have third party data usage app that shows me real-time usage, but never see huge spikes. Not aware of any app that can pin point an app or function that might be causing this.
This problem only occured after IOS7. Same apps as 6.

Most importantly, this never happened at any time with IOS6. My user habits have not changed.
