Q: Huge cellular data usage increase with iOS7

before IOS7 - data always under 200MB per month. Now getting huge spikes. One day was 125MB. Now have crippled usuage to where I have to manaully change settings but still seing creeps with apps not being used. Never use any streaming services (pandora, etc, youtube).
ATT is all to happy to have me purchase more data (now at 300, but more than halfway now in 4 days). Afraid to use the stupid thing these days.

Same apps as IOS6. Nothing new.

Is Apple pulling data somehow?

ckuan - appreciate your post, but already doing this.
ATT can only give me daily usage (they post in AM). Have third party data usage app that shows me real-time usage, but never see huge spikes. Not aware of any app that can pin point an app or function that might be causing this.
This problem only occured after IOS7. Same apps as 6.

Double check that you have no mail in your outbox that is constantly trying to send, but hanging..

One of the first things I checked.

Most importantly, this never happened at any time with IOS6. My user habits have not changed.
