Q: I need to know if there is anyway to retrieve my photos from iCloud that are older that 30 days?

I had an issue with an older macbook pro and no longer have my photos that were on my Iphone 4.  I need to see if there is anyway to retrieve photos that are over 30 days old?  Can anyone help with this? Thanks
