Ever since upgrading to the latest version of Flash, it's been working great except for one gnaiwng problem. Whenever I want to start a stream in Ustream, I get a "plugin failure" icon. I treid going to System Preferences, deleting all settings for Flash and reinstalling it, but to no avail. Can anyone help out with this?

Thanks for that. I'll certainly look at those instructions. The funny thing is that when I downloaded Google Chrome for OSX, Flash worked on Ustream without any isues. Go figure that one out!
Chrome has its own Flash Player built in by Google. It's called PepperFlash and it works independently of the other.
