I want to become an apple developer. I am 14 and I've been programming for the past 6 years. I finally made a game and i am almost done. I want to publish it under a company name instead of mine. How would I register as a developer? If I use my parents name what would I do when I become 18? If it changes anything, I live in the United States. Thanks!
One of your parents can sign up with a credit card registered with their home address.
They are responsible for whatever you do while using their account. Make sure they know this.
When you turn 18, you can transfer whatever apps you have done to your own account.

I suggest having your parents create a new Apple ID just for your development activities. It is a good idea to keep things separate. Forget about a business account. You don't need that.

It will be the name that is used to apply for the account.
