Can we upgrade for free from Lion 10.7.5 to Mavericks?
There seems to be endless frustration around this and no absolute way of doing it successfully. Do Lion 10.7.5 users have to first buy the upgrade to Mountain Lion before upgrading to Mavericks perhaps?
