I have one airport express connected to wireless router and then into stereo. I would like to stream music to another stereo in another room which does not have a router near buy. Can I buy 2nd airport and stream to that one without connecting to router using the first airport connected to the router.
Is the router that the first AirPort Express is connected to another Apple router? Is the Express connected to this router by Ethernet or via a wireless connection?
The router is a wireless linksys router but the airport is connected via Ethernet.
Ok thanks for clarifying that for me. You can add additional Express base stations at each location that you want to stream to. Each base station can be configured to "join" the wireless network provided by your Linksys router.
