Q: iPhone 4s email settings

I have an iPhone 4s and trying to retrieve my email in Singapore.  My webmail is Time Warner.  Time Warner told me that their new pop and smtp hots are mail.twc.com.  They did not supply me portal numbers but suggested 110 and 587.  Are these correct?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
