how do i turn off air drop on an iphone 4? There is no logo to double click.

Your iPhone 4 does not have Air Drop! You need an iPhone 5 or later to have Air Drop.
It says so at the top of the HT5887 article you attached.
how much money you got? I know what my phone is and i just spent 2 hours trying to fix it. I know what the air deop screen looks like and i have it..Don't believe everything you read from apple.
Your iPhone is probably showing an AIrPlay icon, not Air Drop.
I do believe everything I read from Apple - certainly a whole lot more than I would believe an iPhone 4 has Air Drop.
