i try to open pdf file but i can't,

Are you trying to open it in a browser window?

Are you trying to open it with Adobe Reader?
Are you trying to open it with Preview?
What happens when you try?

any pdf file I can not open,when i click blank page comes up

But... are you opening the PDF in Adobe Reader or in Safari?
