In mail, I unchecked store deleted messages on the server and now I have 2 (duplicate) iCloud IMAP accounts in mail. If I delete one, will I loose my mail?

If I delete one of my duplicate ICloud accounts, will I loose all my mail? I was searching for where I was getting the deleted mail and unchecked the store deleted messages on the server. That made changes to my account and now under accounts in mail I have the same account twice. I do not want to loose my mail and am affraid to delete one of the accounts.
