Dec 17, 2013 3:52 AM in response to tracypearlsby wjosten,Try resetting it: Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you(hopefully) see the Apple logo, then release.
If that doesn't work, make an appointment at any Apple store.

Dec 19, 2013 11:12 AM in response to wjostenby tracypearls, thanks for replying back, i have done that ,i have also tried to Restore through itunes ,, i use HP pavilion G series with windows 7, and after it extracts the downloaded files, i get the #4005# error and when i looked it up, it means the usb port may be bad but aparently i use the usb ports for many other things and all 3 ports work fine, but when it comes to restoring the phone, it signals the iphone, it prepares it for restore and then give the #4005# error i just bought the phone its not even up to 3 months yet! What a total waste of Money i got it for 850 euros i really wish there is a something that can turn it back on
