i updated my itunes to 11.1.2 and when i connect my ipad 1st gen the itunes suddenly doesnt recognize my ipad anymore....what itunes support ipad5.1.1?

iTunes only recognize my iPad mini and iPhone 4s but not my iPad 1st gen so I even try to reset my iPad.altough ipad mini has different kinsoon cable than 4s and ipad ,so I think the problem is not the iTunes I think it's my iPad 1st gen Needddd heeelppp ppllleeeaaassee

The newest iTunes should recognize your iPad running 5.1.1 just fine. What computer operating system are you using?
