Get Last Error 87

I am trying to update my iTunes but I keep receiving the following error: GetLastError: 87

I have also attempted to uninstall iTunes and reload a fresh copy. After several attempts to uninstall, I was successful.

However, now iTunes will not install & I keepreceiving this error.

Does anyone have any suggestions on hos to fix.
