Change server 10.4 domain

Hello,

I have an Xserve running server 10.4 that the company I work for purchased a few years ago, along with a number of other windows servers. I am now removing this domain from our network and need to know how to remove this 10.4 server from the domain. I also need to connect this server to our current domain as some Mac user still access it.

Is this possible, and can anyone walk me through this please?
