Q: iCloud

In the apple store they replaced my phone because the battery was fried but I set it all up and skipped over the restore from icloud step but I want all my icloud info on my phone now. Can I do it still?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

on your phone, go to settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings, this will wipe your phone clean.

When the phone boots back up, you will have the option to restore from your icloud backup.

note all current data will be delete and replace with your backup.
