😟 I have been trying and I cant find where to change that picture anywhere

Only you see that picture and it's the same one found in your Contacts app.
It's the picture set for your user in the Users & Groups system preference for your user account.
Click the image and you can change it if you wish. But it just appears on your own computer. It's not sent with email messages, so it's not something you really need to worry about unless you just don't like seeing that particular picture.
