CPU vs GPU if you had to choose one over the other

I posted this question in the Mac Pro community...but I realize it's really a question for the FCPX crowd...

I'm doing comparisons of the specs vs price for the new Mac Pro ( I know that we don't know the numbers 100%) but I just read at one of the rumors sites some updated specs.

It is clear from the new Mac Pro page that you will be able to "deck" your machine out with serious CPU's and GPU's.

I spend my days in FCPX, Motion, and Photoshop.

So the question is this...CPU's or GPU's... Which category do you think you need the most muscle in?…if I had to choose…

oh and RAM of course

I have seen arguments for both.

What would you say the priority list looks like?
