Dec 17, 2013 2:03 PM in response to Kappyby gretchenfromco,Another thought. I just bought an IPad and opened an account for Apps on it. I've been using the account and password for that accouint on my minimac where the icon problem is. I was able to download one upgrade which cut one number, but the OS upgrade would not download--maybe because it thinks I'm on the IPad with a different operating system. If I had an account on the minimac, I forgot the address and password. Can you tell me how to change to an account and find the password instead of opening on the Ipad account?
