Q: Why mu ipad 1 can not get the ios6 and when apple will issue ios6 for ipad1?

I bought my iPad1 when it was just introduced with wifi.after so many years now I have some programs that will not work on it due to iOS6 not available for this iPad.

Whenis apple going to have the iOS 6 for this iPad?

1. Its hardware doesn't support iOS 6 or newer.

Apple has stopped updating the iPad 1 after iOS 5.1.1. There will be no more updates for it because it's so old, Apple can not make anymore updates to it. I also have an iPad 1 and am looking to get an iPad Mini for my son, wife, and I.
