I've seen this issue posted before, and haven't been able to find any resolution to it. My MacBook Pro with Retina doesn't connect to my various saved wifi locations after waking from sleep, or even sometimes when starting up. The workaround is to toggle wifi off then on again (usually only once, but sometimes I have to do it a couple of times).

I've tried all the various suggested fixes - deleting prefs, creating a new location, dumping all my saved wifi locations and resetting them, resetting SMC, etc. Nothing works.

Yet this problem started with Mavericks. It wasn't a problem with Mountain Lion, which indicates a patch could fix this irritating problem.

Is there a patch forthcoming for this problem?
