How do I find out if my X installed or is receiving my emails and text messages from my iPhone?

If your phone is not jailbroken, nothing to do such can be installed on your phone. Perhaps your "X" knows your email password? Apple ID password? Carrier account password? If you suspect such, change your passwords.
