Is jailbreak legal in Canada?

It's not illegal anywhere but it does void your warranty.

It isn't "illegal" anywhere, but no matter where you are it will void your warranty, preclude you from getting support (from Apple or from here), and significantly increase the risk of malware or just plain bricking your device.
