I am an AVID Media Composer edior. I am aware of all the codecs that Quicktime will play. I am exporting the video file as a quicktime MOV. at 1920 x 1080p and 1289 x 720p Neither of these resolutions will play withoput stuttering, freezing and loosing syncronous audio. at standard definaition about 860 x 480 it will play OK but still stutters from time to time. Plays good at all lower resolutions. I need to play this video at 1920 x 1080p to project it with any visual quality.
How do I get Quicktime to play 1080p and 720p video files without the problems I am having.
