Q: I don't have cellular data network setup on my iphone5s IOS7

Try to change APN but no cellular data network under cellular functions ...

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

I had read that thanks! However, my phone doesn't even show that 'cellular data network" setup function, seems disappear. FYI my phone is an unlocked phone as well.

Contact your carrier. If you're using an MVNO that piggybacks on the network of a supported carrier, the phone has no way to know that it is not actually on the supported network and will not offer the option to change the APN settings.

Unlock phone missing of data network setting for some carrier, go to unlock it.co.nz to get yr APN to install Or download apple configuration utility to create APN and install. Need the carrier APN info.
