since update 7.0.4 on iPad mini, apple inc pre fill email

What happened? I let my iPad mini update to v 7.0.4 and since then, using Mail, whenever I beging typing a recipient's email address it auto fills Apple Inc in front of their name.

I have no idea whether to send the email that way or not.

I can't stop it from doing it. I end up manually entering email addresses while battling against Mail as it keeps trying to put Apple Inc in the address field.
