Q: Trying to transfer everything from my 3GS to my 4GS how do I get my number switched over and get my 4GS to find the At&T service

My mom got a Iphone 5 and gave me her old Iphone 4G and I have been trying to transfer everything over to my new phone from my Iphone 3GS. All my apps and contacts and such have been transfered over but not my number. and I can not find out how to do it

Contact your carrier and have them transfer your service to your new phone. They will need the IMEI.

Contact AT&T. You will need a new SIM for the new phone. AT&T will have to transfer the service from your old one to the new one.
