Trying to get rid of iCloud songs on iPhone 5 ios 7

So my iPhone 5 is backed up to my computer, NOT iCloud. I have tons of songs but have a selected playlist that is the ONLY music I had on my phone up until these iCloud songs started showing up. I turned off the "Show All Music" button and they are still there. What I also don't understand is why only a select number of songs are available for download as opposed to my whold library from my latop(which is just a PC if that helps). Any suggestions?!?
