Dec 17, 2013 6:26 PM in response to Annag001by KiltedTim,A: Apple is not a cellular carrier. There are no Apple SIMs. Sprint, on the other hand is. Your phone is under warranty. Make an appointment at the genius bar and take it in for them to look at.

Dec 17, 2013 6:36 PM in response to Annag001by KiltedTim,If you've already replaced the SIM and are still getting that error, then you most likely have a hardware fault. Another trip to the genius bar is a lot faster than calling AppleCare and waiting for a replacement phone in the post.
