No SIM card installed error

I keep getting a no SIM card error multiple times throughout the day. I have tried....cleaning the SIM card,replacing the SIM card,replacing the phone,replacing the SIM card tray,doing a network settings reset,phone reset,toggling airplane mode on-off,and a few others that I can't remember at the current time. Help!!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
