If the pictures are in your Camera Roll, you can connect to the computer and import them. You do not have to delete the pictures after importing. As far as music, if the computer has iTunes on it, you would have to authorize the computer for your Apple ID account and then plug your device in. You cannot copy the music from your phone to the computer. Your best bet would be to get an external speaker for your phone. Copyright is why the iPhone does not copy music from the phone to the computer.
