How do I get a "live chat" from apple?

It used to be that this was only offered on some products.

Basically you start at http://www.apple.com/support/ and use the Contact Us option.

If it is still being done you may find you end up with a chat or email option.

Some offer a Phone service.

I have never used it and it has also been some time since I looked for it.

Edit.

iChat and Messages use s 4:3 ratio and any showing of the FCP feed via iChat Theatre will need to take account of this.

Unfortunately Messages 8 (Mavericks) drops iChat Theatre.
