slide to unlock won't slide?

Question

My ipad is fully charged and on. The slide button slide to unlock does not slide.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM)

Perform a Reset... Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Release the Buttons...

I tried that several times. Slide to unlock still won't move.

DId slide to unlock worked now? How did u repair? i m having the same problem now. please help.
